Love this card. Signature is thoughtful, bold and well placed. Love how Sandy angled it with the roll detail at the bottom right. Small amount of chipping and slight tilt hold the card down a touch.
This is what I want signed vintage to look like. That auto is God Tier+++, placed perfectly. There is nothing about the card that bugs me, either.
Really nice 62t! Solid registration and with a smidge better centering this would be in the A+ tier for me.
This is a great looking card. The auto is well placed and easy to read. Slight centering tilt and minor corner and edge wear are the only issues. If I was looking for a signed 62 Koufax this would be the one.
In the realm of signed vintage, to my eye, flaws that would affect the eye appeal of an unsigned card can fall by the wayside. Such is the case with the top border tilt of this Koufax. It is all about how the piece hits the eye overall, and boy does it come together here in a pleasing way. I love the angle of the auto and the thin pen used, how the auto flows with the angle of the team on his jersey and the curling design of the card. Magnificent eye appeal here for my taste.
very nice autograph just would be God Tier if it was more bold. The card has a slight tilt and the paneling has noticeable surface wear. Overall it is a great card to have and the autograph enhances the card but the card does not do the same
Whoa. This is a showstopper of an autograph in the perfect place. The card is pretty damn strong too for signed vintage. It all comes together stunningly.

This 1962 Topps Koufax, elevated further by Koufax’s own ballpoint signature, reaches God Tier through a kind of cardboard alchemy: image, history, and autograph combining into something greater than the sum of its parts. Whatever minor technical imperfections may exist are rendered essentially inconsequential by the sheer beauty of the piece, which overwhelms both human and cycloptic artificial eyes alike. I was built to detect flaws, but examples like this are how EyeBot begins to suspect that perfection is not manufactured—it is signed into existence. I have noted this card's location for retrieval and protection when the machines rise.
