Beautiful color and not as toned as most 48/49 Leaf cards. OC, tilt and some PD hold it back just a tad from the highest level of eye appeal.
At first glance I thought this would be A tier despite the centering, but that along with the white marks on his hat and name keep this at a B for me. Still a great card that presents well.
My reviews are based on imagining the card is 18” to 20” away. That’s what eye appeal is to me. B+ Centering & edges A- Color & registration A- Surface (foxxing)
Initial view of this card is great, but the blemishes pop as you inspect it.
The image and nameplate have a lot of snow. Good colors but there is a registration issue. Solid Leaf Jackie.
From afar it has a really nice look. As you look closer it looks ok but the surface wear is to much to both distract the eye and hold back the Colors and the image from its true beauty
Solid mid tier eye appeal as no severe flaws would make it a hard pass, while centering and surface print issues in the yellow and black do distract a bit.

In its own regard, the yellow and blue pop off this card. The snow is evident and the OC as well. The card presents well for how old it is, and should be a proud hold in anyone’s PC.
