1951 Bowman Larry Doby #151

A-tier pops on this card on first glance. Love the centering and no major flaws stand out. The bottom right corner does draw my attention as it shows a bit more rounding than the other corners.

An exceptional copy with outstanding overall eye appeal. The print registration is particularly impressive, especially around the player’s name within the black box, where these cards can often show noticeable softness or misalignment. The borders present very cleanly, and the corners are remarkably strong for the issue. There is very little to criticize here from a visual standpoint. This is about as attractive and well-preserved a copy as I would realistically expect to find for this particular issue.

The flaws on this Doby are very easily ignored by my eye. A splendid copy.
