Why is this a 1!? Would love to see this card in public auction and once again prove the importance of eye appeal.
Great copy for a 1, but staple marks are still staple marks.
There's nothing you can say here other than I love this card and I think the grade is appropriate if you view it simply as the #1 best grader mistake of all time.
I've held this card before. It is an absolute freak. The pinhole is in the ideal spot and the centering is on par with the most elite 9s.
Very nice card. Great centering and attractive overall. The upper left corner draws my eye as does the chipping on the upper right side of the card.
This is a great example of a card where if you do not care about pinholes, this would be the ideal 86 Fleer MJ to own. Lowest technical grade but with eye appeal that looks like it should be a 9 all day long, with only the white corner touch on the upper left corner keeping it from appearing like a 10 (minus the pin holes of course).
This is what it is all about: hits the eye like a mint card, centered, even great edges and corners-- then factor in the savings, and who cares about that pinhole. Tremendous unicorn card.
This is easily a 9 without this pinholes, which barely detract from the EA in my opinion. Centering, color edges and corners are all exceptional. This is perfect example of when a 1 can look nicer than several 8's and even 9's.

I can see the pin or staple hole, but it does not bother my eye AND I feel it almost makes the card more impressive to be so pleasing with that tchnical major flaw. This must be the best value buy MJ RC on Earth.
